Kelly Services are searching for experienced and enthusiastic Production Operatives to join a successful medical device company based in Galway City.Available shifts include Days, Nights & Weekends.The successful candidate will strengthen the existing team with their production knowledge while gaining new skills and experience. Adhere to safety procedures at all times. Report all accidents, incidents and near misses to the Safety Officer and Production Supervisor.Responsible for operation of contract pack, re-work, assembly production line where applicable – duties as specified by supervisor.Ensure that all necessary precautions are taken to upkeep a level of personal/work hygiene in the cleanrooms 10K and general production floor by wearing appropriate clean protective garments as per Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) procedures.Label generation (where applicable)IT – Online Folders, NQMS, Syspro (where applicable)In the instance where operators are working in packing externally then the following is required: Transport of goods to stores using pallet truck when required.Generation of AWM Barcode labels.Operation of Cello-Wrap machineEnsuring correct packaging is used on the product. What will you bring to the role? Previous experience in the Medical Device or relevant production industries is preferredAt minimum a Leaving Certificate or an equivalent standard of educationA positive work ethic with excellent attention to detailAbility to understand and complete batch documentation accurately and to a consistent high standardComputer literacy (MS Word, Excel)Good written and verbal communication skills KSGalway Kelly Services, now part of Gi Group are acting as an Employment Business in relation to this role.
