In this role, you will be responsible for elevating engineering capabilities, instilling a culture of continuous improvement, and driving innovation across their mobile solutions offering.The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Mobile Development and Architecture, alongside proven experience in Thought Leadership, Strategy Development, and Stakeholder Engagement. Strong knowledge of the Fintech and/or Banking sector is essential.Requirements:Significant experience in mobile application development with a proven track record in the delivery of high-quality mobile applications across iOS and Android.Strong knowledge and understanding of mobile development technologies such as Java, Kotlin, and Swift, as well as key frameworks like React Native and Flutter.Strong experience in mobile architecture and its associated design patterns, security best practices, encryption, and data protection.Solid experience creating high-standard customer experiences through mobile channels.Strong stakeholder management experience and a solid commercial mindset.Expertise in Agile development, version control, CI/CD, rapid exploration, incubation methodologies, and automated testing.Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
