We are currently working with a well-established small business in Monkstown who is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and manage accounts payable/receivable using Xero
  • Maintain accurate financial records and perform bank reconciliations
  • Assist in preparing trial balances and support audit preparations
  • Handle general office admin and ad-hoc finance tasks as required

What Our Client is Looking For:

  • An Accounting/Finance qualification or relevant experience in a similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience with Xero and Excel is a plus
  • Availability to work on-site
