Our Wellbeing Team is a multidisciplinary group of experts responsible for the development, implementation and measurement of global wellbeing strategy and programs for all Trust & Safety teams at Tiktok. Our programs are designed to support and promote positive wellbeing and psychological health, as well as promote a healthy working environment and culture at TikTok. This is a first-of-its-kind role focused on wellbeing delivery strategy, oversight & delivery of specialist wellbeing programs. In this role, you will be responsible for the governance, delivery & evaluation of wellbeing programs. We are looking for someone with a genuine enthusiasm for helping individuals grow and develop through the facilitation of wellbeing programs. This is a new opportunity to work with a wide variety of teams both internally and outside the company to provide scalable wellbeing & psychological health solutions, which will have a direct impact on the company's growth and the wellbeing of its people. This role's primary focus is on the delivery and quality assurance of wellbeing programs, along with the opportunity to act as a consultant to the business. Candidates should be an established thought leader and subject matter expert in organisational learning, employee wellbeing & global training evaluation. It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance.Some content viewed may violate our community guidelines, which include but are not limited to bullying; hate speech; child abuse; sexual assault; torture; bestiality; self-harm; suicide; murder. What will I be doing?- Reporting to the Head of Wellbeing Solutions, Education and Research, this role is responsible for the oversight and delivery of our suite of specialist wellbeing programs;- Develop and own the wellbeing delivery strategy along with ownership of the global calendar for the delivery of wellbeing programs;- Delivery of wellbeing programs, workshops, and training sessions to employees, teams and leaders, ensuring high-quality content delivery and engagement; - Development and ownership of the wellbeing facilitation quality assurance global framework- Support the design and develop evidence-based psychological health and wellbeing interventions driven by existing evidence base and internal research findings;- Lead on program delivery evaluation across the suite of wellbeing interventions within Trust and Safety; - Delivery of ad-hoc wellbeing sessions to the business (as required)Minimum Qualifications: - Academic or equivalent professional qualifications in education, training delivery, learning and development or other relevant areas- A proven track record as an expert facilitator who is seen as a subject matter expert in organisational learning and development, preferably in a wellbeing or corporate wellness context- Previous experience developing training delivery strategies including the development of end-to-end train-the-trainer programming on a global scale - Strong experience of learning transfer measurement, learning evaluation and return-on-investment measurement- Seen as an expert and extensive experience providing learning and delivery consultancy to a range of stakeholders at all levels within global organisations- Experience working with well-being related and/or people programs on a global scale - Willingness to travel (as required) Preferred qualifications: - Previous experience of working with Trust & Safety teams or a comparable space- Holds a wellbeing certification or qualification- Willingness to work toward wellbeing training delivery and facilitation certification(s) (if required) Trust & Safety recognises that keeping our platform safe for TikTok communities is no ordinary job which can be both rewarding and psychologically demanding and emotionally taxing for some.
