About the Role:
The successful candidate will work closely with the Social Care Manager to support and guide a dedicated team, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment is consistently provided for all young people in residential care.
Requirements:
Full, clean driving licenceA minimum of 3 years' experience in residential services for young peopleA relevant Level 7 qualification (or higher) in one of the following areas:Social CareSocial WorkPsychology (Level 8)Child & Adult PsychotherapyYouth & Community WorkTeachingNursingSocial ScienceCounsellingAddiction StudiesWhy Join?
