Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and forward-thinking Risk Management Analyst with a passion for data-driven decision-making. This critical role is responsible for protecting our financial ecosystem through risk identification, fraud prevention, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who embraces automation, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to help ensure regulatorypliance, loss reduction, and an exceptional customer experience.

Job Description:

Your day-to-day

1. Risk Strategy & Monitoring

Co-own and manage risk-related KPIs, ensuring alignment with broader business and product strategies. Apply holistic risk management practices across customer interactions, payment flows, and operational processes. 2. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, andpliance teams to design and implement risk mitigation strategies. 3. Customer Protection & Loss Prevention

Identify and mitigate fraud, declines, and collusion, particularly in high-risk areas such as invoice and Business Account creation. Strive to maintain a seamless customer experience while ensuring robust fraud controls are in place. 4. Data Analysis & Process Improvement

Analyze large datasets to detect emerging fraud patterns and optimize fraud detection models. Streamline dispute resolution workflows and eliminate inefficiencies in existing procedures. 5. Automation & Solution Design

Collaborate with analysts and technical teams to enhance automated decisioning and reduce manual intervention in risk processes. Maintain, refine, andmunicate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for risk management across assigned portfolios. What you need to bring

Required:

Bachelor's degree or minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work equivalent experience in risk management, fraud analysis, or a similar analytical role. Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Solid understanding of fraud typologies and transaction monitoring principles. Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (, Tableau, Power BI). Preferred:

Working knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages. Experience with automation tools or rule-based decision engines. Demonstrated ability to improve or redesign operational processes. Strong verbal and writtenmunication skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
