About the Opportunity
We are currently recruiting Social Care Leaders and Social Care Workers for a well-established children's residential service in County Tipperary. We have relief shifts, night shifts, and residential shifts, including 12-hour and 24-hour shifts. These roles offer an opportunity to work as part of a dedicated team providing high-quality, trauma-informed care to children and young people in a safe and supportive environment.

Available Roles

1. Social Care Leader - Full-Time, Permanent

Lead a team of social care professionals in delivering high-quality residential care

Oversee care planning, risk management, staff supervision, and daily operations

Ensure adherence to HIQA standards and child safeguarding practices

Support the emotional, educational, and social development of young people

Requirements:

Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Social Care or equivalent

Minimum 3 years' experience in children's residential care

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Full driving licence

2. Social Care Worker - Full-Time, Permanent

Provide supervision and support to children in care

Ensure the safety and wellbeing of residents during shifts

Maintain clear records and communicate effectively with other staff

Respond appropriately to emergencies or incidents as required

Requirements:

Level 7 qualification in Social Care or related field

Experience working with young people in a care or similar setting

Ability to remain calm and proactive during shifts

Full driving licence preferred

Shifts on Offer:
