We are now looking for a Senior Architect to join our team in Ballina on Ireland's West Coast.

The successful candidate will work closely with the team on a range of exciting, design-led residential and public projects, and will be involved across all project stages, from concept to site. The successful candidate will be supported with training in sustainable practices in a position that offers a clear pathway for professional progression.

The ideal candidate will have:

RIAI Part 3 Qualificationminimum of 7 years professional experience, including onsite experienceproficiency in preparing detailed construction and tender drawingsexcellent working knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and BCARinterest in building sustainability and circularitya keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality, buildable solutionsthe ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative teamcandidates must have the right to work in Ireland at the time of applicationstrong organisational skills, able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and budgets on time

Optional but beneficial qualities include:

PSDP (Project Supervisor Design Process) experienceexperience with conservation and working on protected structuresexperience in developing and submitting planning applicationsexperience in LCA
