Duration: Permanent/Full time

Hours: Rota from Monday to Sunday, 40 hours per week

Our client, a private Residential Nursing Home based in Galway is looking to hire a Healthcare Assistant to join their team.

The successful candidate will have the support of the CNM and will provide the highest level of care and service to residents and upholding best practice in relation to daily activities.

Key Duties:

Work in accordance with quality standards set by the company and relevant professional bodies.Maintain effective communication between residents, their families, and staff, fostering positive relationships.Assist in upholding high standards of cleanliness throughout the home.Contribute to the maintenance of health and safety standards within the home.Perform any additional duties as required by the Nurse in Charge and management.

Essential Criteria:

Hold a QQI Level 5 qualification in Healthcare, Nursing, or a related fieldPrevious experience in a nursing home or similar healthcare setting is advantageous
