Job Description We are hiring Room Leaders in our School-Age Childcare, across Lilys locations. Room Leader QQI ELC Level 5 or 6 Qualified (desirable). Reporting to Area Manager Remuneration: Supervisor: 15.23 per hour Discretionary Christmas Bonus Additional Remuneration with Qualifications: QQI ELC Level 5: Additional 0.50 per hour QQI ELC Level 6: Additional 1.00 per hour QQI ELC Level 7: Additional 1.50 per hour QQI ELC Level 8: Additional 2.00 per hour Health and Wellbeing Benefits Healthcare Plan Maternity leave support Weekly professional gym exercise classes Bike to work scheme Annual eye test supported Good Friday holiday Education and Training Professional development supported in addition to mandatory training, to include; QQI ELC Childcare Inclusion Diversity Roles and Responsibilities Co-ordinate the implementation of activities suitable for different age groups Maintain a professional standard at all times Walk with children to and from school Serve children breakfast and dinner Supervise homework with children The successful candidate must have QQI ELC Level 5 or 6 Qualification desirable (training provided) Experience working within a School-Age Childcare setting an advantage but not essential (training provided) Excellent Team Player Excellent communication and presentation skills Continuous improvement advocate Hours 40 Salary See above Job Location Dublin Qualification Level Minimum QQI/Fetac Level 5, Minimum QQI/Fetac Level 6
