Reperio has partnered with a growing technology organisation in Dublin who are seeking an experienced Senior Test Automation Engineer.

In this role, you will shape automation practices, mentor engineers, and drive innovation, including implementing AI-driven testing strategies.

Responsibilities:

Lead best-practice test automation principles as a subject matter expert.Build, expand, and maintain automation frameworks for APIs, microservices, and web applications.Drive adoption of AI-based automation techniques.Mentor and support automation engineers across teams.Investigate test failures, troubleshoot, and improve frameworks.Integrate with dashboards and CI/CD pipelines for clear test visibility.

Requirements:

7+ years' test automation experience.Strong background in API and web automation.Hands-on with tools such as Selenium WebDriver, RestAssured, RestSharp, SoapUI, JMeter, or LoadRunner.Skilled in at least one programming/scripting language (C#, .NET, Python, C++).Experience with continuous testing and CI/CD pipelines.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.

Desirable:

AI in automation.Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).Test management tools (. TestRail) and Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).Performance testing and UI automation frameworks.Networking, mobile, or Angular testing knowledge.Agile/Kanban delivery and ISTQB certification
