
Social Care Team Leader

Cpl Healthcare is delighted to announce that we have partnered up with a Social Care provider for young people and adults who have disabilities and complex needs in a residential setting. Our client provides residential support to their service users and uses a strength's-based approach to ensure each service user has an opportunity to live their best life.
We are currently accepting CVs for Social Care Team Leaders for a new Children's residential service in Oldcastle in Meath.

In order to be a suitable applicant, you must have the following qualifications and experience:
For Children's Residential Centres:
• Minimum QQI Level 7-degree Social Care or relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, Youth and Community, Social Science, Family Support, Disability Studies or other relevant qualification
• Minimum of two years' experience working in a Social Care grade with children or young people
Other qualifications considered:
- Psychology (Level 8), and Level 7 in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy, Counselling / Psychotherapy, Addiction Counselling, Applied Behavioural Analysis, Youth and Community Work, Family Support, Social Work Professional Practice, Social Sciences / Social Studies, Disability Studies, Early Years Care (U12 centres only), BA Applied Policing, Higher Certificate in Custodial Care, Teaching and Nursing (not exhaustive).
Candidates must also have:
• A full clean manual driver's license
• Must be flexible regarding working hours
