Reperio are working with a fast-growing company in the utilities sector who are on the lookout for a skilled Data Analyst to join their Analytic team. You'll be responsible for analysing customer data, campaign performance, and behavioural trends to support strategic decisions across CRM, marketing, and customer retention initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, product and sales teams to inform data-driven customer strategies.

Requirements:

3+ years' experience in CRM analytics or a similar data analyst roleProficiency in SQL and BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or LookerStrong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe Campaign, Experience in customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and campaign trackingAbility to communicate data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience with Python or R would be a plus
