Basic Purpose

We are hiring on behalf of a leading global company in the logistics and supply chain industry. The Financial Reporting Analyst will play a key role in delivering high-quality, cost-effective managerial reporting in line with accounting principles and corporate policies. This position supports strategic decision-making through accurate financial analysis and reporting.

Principal Accountabilities

Timely and accurate processing of the monthly financial closePreparation of month-end accrualsMaintain first-class financial reporting aligned with group policiesMonitor and analyze results at terminal and product level vs. budget and prior yearSupport management in optimizing decisions through financial performance insightsCoordinate balance sheet reviewsEnsure compliance with accounting standards and internal policiesFacilitate internal and external auditsReport monthly on internal controls to the regionBuild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersManage multiple stakeholders, including Shared Service Centres and external auditorsAssist with AP queries and systems (Concur & Coupa)Prepare Power BI reportsContribute to financial projects and ad hoc analysis

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in Financial Reporting (Essential)Recognized Accountancy Qualification (e.g., Diploma, Accounting Technician)Strong business acumen and decision-making influenceExcellent communication skills across all levelsAdvanced Excel skills (Essential)Commercial finance and auditing experienceSAP knowledge (Advantage)Power BI experience preferredTeam-oriented, proactive, and flexible
