Reperio is looking to speak with talented engineers from an NPI background to join a growing team focused on transitioning into manufacturing within the medical device space. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to oversee areas such as quality, operations, component use, and ensuring a smooth manufacturing ramp-up.

It's an excellent role for an engineer with strong manufacturing or process development experience who's ready to play a key part in bringing innovative medical products from concept through to commercial release.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage new product introduction (NPI) projects from early-stage concept through to production ramp-upCollaborate with design, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure robust product and process developmentDevelop and optimise manufacturing processes, ensuring scalability, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with quality standardsPrepare validation plans, risk assessments, and design transfer documentationWork cross-functionally to support design for manufacturability (DFM) and continuous improvement initiativesAct as liaison between R&D and manufacturing for technology transfer and pilot builds

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Biomedical, Manufacturing or related discipline)3+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing or product development environment (ideally medical devices, pharma, or automotive)Experience in NPI, process development, or design transfer projectsStrong understanding of validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ), risk management, and quality systems (ISO 13485/FDA)Excellent communication and project coordination skills
