Responsibilities


• Ensure business standards and client deadlines are met on a consistent basis.

• Adhere to procedures in relation to all tasks in a timely and accurate manner.

• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Transfer Agency processes and systems, review practices and act as a catalyst for change and improvement.

• Gain broad expertise onpany products.

• Assist in the delivery of on-the-job training and development of other Associates.

• Build and maintain internal network of contacts/liaise with other departments.

• Provide/seek regular feedback to/from team leader.

• Act as an effective team player & deputy for immediate supervisor when appropriate always observing proper standards of market and personal conduct.

Education/Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above.
Have strong attention to detail and appreciate the importance ofpleting work 'right first time' against daily deadlines.
You understand the importance of customer service excellence and have a 'can do' attitude with strong written and oralmunication skills.
You are keen to learn and develop and you enjoy being part of an energetic and growing team.
