On behalf of my client, we aim to hire the best candidates in the industry to join our growing and already well-established teams nationwide. Due to continued expansion, we now require an M&E Coordinator for a role based in Dublin & Limerick.

Key Responsibilities

M&E coordination of multiple projects in region as allocated by Operations DirectorDeliver high quality snag free projects on time and to meet tender budget marginManagement of design build projects to meet client requirements as requiredManage, monitor, and support site management team on M& E packages as required to meet programme, quality standards, budget, and tender marginMaintain high standards of health and safety at all times on all projectsDispute resolution if requiredPrepare Contractual claims if requiredAssist in estimating projects as directed by Operations Director and senior managementManagement of the release of final retentions on projects as allocated by Operations Director to includeAgree snag lists with design team and ClientAllocate snag works to be completed by subcontractors responsibleOrganize and manage company snag team to finalize snags outstandingPrepare contra charges for subcontractors with back upEnsure subcontractor retentions are not paid without contra charges

Skills and Experience

Academically (Degree) qualified and or relevant experience in the industry years' experience in a M&E Coordinator role
