Lead DevOps Engineer – Jenkins ExpertDublin or Cork | €–K + Bonus & Benefits | HybridMust hold Stamp 4 visa and be based within commuting distance of Cork or Dublin.Our client, a global leader in financial services technology, is looking for a hands-on Lead DevOps Engineer to design and drive the next-generation enterprise CI/CD pipeline strategy. This role is all about building and scaling a world-class Jenkins platform, embedding DevOps best practices, and leading a high-performing engineering team.What You’ll DoOwn the CI/CD strategy – design, implement, and scale enterprise pipelines using Jenkins, Octopus Deploy, and Git.Build & lead – mentor DevOps engineers, drive automation, and ensure best-in-class deployment practices.Champion DevOps culture – promote IaC, automation, security, compliance, and continuous improvement across teams.Innovate & optimize – streamline delivery, strengthen governance, and push operational excellence.What You BringProven Jenkins expertise – building, scaling, and managing enterprise CI/CD platforms.Strong knowledge of Octopus Deploy, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).Solid coding skills (Python, Node.js) + IaC experience (Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker).8+ years in DevOps, ideally in financial services or regulated industries.3+ years leading teams and delivering CI/CD solutions at scale.Strong grasp of DevOps methodologies and ITIL frameworks.Collaborative leader, proactive problem-solver, passionate about innovation.Must hold Stamp 4 visa and be based within commuting distance of Cork or Dublin.What’s on Offer€–K + BonusHealth, Pension & full benefits packageHybrid flexibilityCareer growth + funded training & certifications#LI-JM2
