We are currently recruiting for an experienced, full time, Breakfast Supervisor in McGettigan's Hotel
The Breakfast Supervisor will be responsible for leading and motivating the team, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual with a strong supervisory background in Food & Beverage.
Duties:
- To manage the activities of the Bistro and function rooms as directed by the Manager, to ensure quality and standards of service are maintained to a consistent level in accordance with company Standards.
- Put a strong focus on customer care, ensuring that customers receive the highest possible level of service and care.
- To exercise effective stock rotation and maintain stock levels as directed by the Manager
- To ensure that the Bistro and function rooms are kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Follow rigidly and observe all hygiene regulations
- To maintain a physical presence on the floor and liaise closely with the Duty Manager and kitchen
Requirements:
- To have previous experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory role
- Excellent leadership skills to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
- Fluent level of spoken and written English essential
- Ability to work and supervise confidently during busy periods.
