A leading provider of innovative and sustainable building services solutions across the UK and Europe is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of complex prefabricated energy projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation at the forefront of offsite manufacturing, specialising in turnkey energy centres, district heating systems, and modular mechanical and electrical installations.

The Role
You will take ownership of projects from early coordination through to handover, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery. Leading a multi-disciplinary team, you will be the key point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders, driving performance and ensuring all objectives are met on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage site teams to achieve project targets and deadlinesAct as the main liaison with clients and contractors, ensuring strong communication and relationship managementOversee all site operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standardsManage labour, subcontractors, plant, and equipment procurement in line with specificationsMonitor project costs, progress, and risks, reporting regularly to senior managementEnsure the accuracy of project documentation, drawings, and revisionsPrepare and maintain work programmes, daily reports, and test documentationSupport the production of installation and "as built" drawings, O&M manuals, and completion documentation

Essential Criteria

Proven experience in a site management role within construction, building services, or M&E projectsRelevant site management qualificationsStrong knowledge of installation regulations and industry best practicesExcellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloadConfident using Microsoft Office and project planning toolsFull UK driving licence

Desirable Criteria

Trade background in mechanical or electrical engineeringExperience delivering projects with M&E contractorsFamiliarity with Fieldview, 4Projects, or similar software
