Job Purpose:
The Accounts Assistant will support the finance team by ensuring the accurate and timely execution of key financial tasks in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the debtor ledger and oversee credit control Process stock dispatches using batch numbers Generate and issue customer invoices and statements Verify customer delivery costs and assist with financial reporting Work with a high volume of SKUs (approx. 1,500) Utilise Sage 200 or a similar accounting package
Requirements:
Essential: Experience in a financial role within a manufacturing or distribution companyStrong knowledge of debtor management and credit controlProficiency in stock dispatch processes using batch numbersFamiliarity with ERP systems, specifically Sage 200 or similarStrong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets
Employment Details:
