Site Manager REF: SMSD Location: Dublin, Dublin City Salary: £60000 - £70000 Professional & Technical Falcon Green are currently working alongside one of the biggest developers in Ireland to recruit a Site Manager for an upcoming project in South Dublin. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in taking large scale projects from cradle to grave, on time and in budget. The project itself is a residential scheme consisting of undercroft parking and four blocks made up of 200 units. The Site Manager will be 2nd in command to the project director, giving you plenty of autonomy on site. The company is renowned for retaining its people and offering further career opportunities and has one of the best compensation packages on the market. Site Manager Key Responsibilities: Liaising with various staff and senior stakeholders such as, Senior Engineer, Foreman and Quantity Surveyors. Ensure high standards are up held at all times resulting in a high-quality project completed on time, within budget and implemented within the required safety standards Planning out weekly work programmes as well as producing weekly reports on the progress of the project Attending and chairing weekly team meetings Maintaining site records Managing and implementing the Safety Management System Site Manager Key Requirements: Commercial fit out experience Several years Site Manager experience Trade/Engineering Qualifications Understand all facets of modern construction techniques Proven track record
