Are you a skilled finance professional with strong leadership abilities and a keen eye for detail? We're seeking a Finance Supervisor to join our client's team and oversee the day-to-day operations of their finance department. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about driving efficiency, accuracy, and financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide a team of finance staff, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial tasksOversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functionsPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Monitor budgets, expenditures, and forecasts, providing insights to support management decisionsEnsure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and internal controlsSupport audits and liaise with external auditors when requiredDrive process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency within the finance function

About You:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (professional certification such as CPA/ACCA/CIMA is a plus)Proven experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory roleStrong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory complianceExcellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a teamProficiency in MS Office, SAP and ERP systemsDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
