We are currently partnering with a leading global medical technology company to recruit a Talent Acquisition Associate for their Galway-based operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a well-established, high-performing Talent Acquisition team supporting a dynamic manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle across a range of professional and technical roles within manufacturing and operations.Support early careers programs and graduate recruitment activities.Conduct candidate screening calls to assess fit and suitability before progressing to hiring managers.Maintain and update records within the applicant tracking system to ensure accuracy and compliance.Partner closely with hiring managers to create engaging and competitive job offers.Deliver a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates.Collaborate with internal colleagues to share insights, best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business.Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree (Level 8 or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.Minimum of 1 year’s experience in recruitment, ideally supporting high-volume or technical hiring.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently when required.Please apply today if you are interested or contact for further details.#LI-ED1
