The role is focused on bridging clinical, operational, and data functions to deliver insights that directly enhance patient care and organisational performance. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to analyse workflows, define analytical requirements, and design high-quality dashboards and reporting solutions.Key FocusGather and document business, operational, and clinical requirements for analytics initiativesDesign and develop insightful dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar toolsTranslate data into clear narratives that drive clinical and operational decision-makingCollaborate with stakeholders across clinical and support functions to define priorities and align objectivesSupport end users through training, documentation, and ongoing advocacy for analytics adoptionMaintain strong governance and data quality standards across reporting workflowsRequirementsDegree or post-graduate qualification in ICT, eHealth, Computer Science, or a related disciplineMinimum 3 years' experience in a Business Analyst or Analytics role, ideally within healthcare or life sciencesStrong data visualisation and storytelling skills with proven dashboard development experienceExcellent understanding of healthcare workflows, processes, and terminologyStrong stakeholder management and communication skills with a proactive, collaborative mindsetExperience training or supporting end users and driving adoption of analytics toolsDesirable ExperienceExposure to digital health or eHealth systemsBackground in Nursing, Pharmacy, or other Health and Social Care disciplinesFamiliarity with data governance and healthcare regulatory frameworksBenefitsCompetitive salary (€70-80k DOE)Hybrid working modelOpportunity to shape healthcare analytics strategy across a national networkMeaningful, high-impact work improving patient outcomes and clinical efficiencyReperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
