Reperio has partnered with an exciting organisation that is seeking a Software Engineer to join their growing team and work at the forefront of AI innovation.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, are naturally curious, and enjoy solving complex problems, this role could be for you. You’ll have the chance to work with cutting-edge AI tooling like Copilot and Cursor, while also contributing to the development of AI-powered products and intelligent agents. Expect exposure to the latest in GenAI, including AWS, Bedrock, Hugging Face, and models such as Claude and Llama.

This is a hybrid role, with in-office presence required once every two weeks in Dublin.

Requirements:

A software engineer who thinks about complex systems, their components, and opportunities to simplify themExcited about solving business problems using technologyPassionate about cloud computing and cloud-based servicesAble to work largely autonomously while delivering reliable, production-ready solutionsDedicated to high quality standards and helping others meet themExperienced in completing projects involving diverse technologies and systemsA strong collaborator who thrives in cross-functional teamsPractical cloud development experience (AWS or Azure)Proven track record of delivering projects into productionExperience with microservices architecture4+ years' experience developing systems using C# and .NET1+ years' experience with ReactStrong Continuous Delivery and Continuous Integration experienceAgile environment experienceDegree or Diploma in Computing (or related qualification)Strong communication skills
