Our client is a leading residential building contractor working on developments in Kildare

They are seeking to appoint a Finishing Foreman for a mixed use residential development based in Kildare Town Centre

Conduct your work in a safe manner – correct and take responsibility to ensure that all works are carried out to the highest Health and Safety standards.

Support the site manager in delivering the project

Manage and motivate site teams

Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site

Ensure work is carried out to the highest of standards

Ensure all processes are being adhered to on a project by project basis

Ensuring that end product meets client’s expectation in relation to build and finish

Requirements

5+years previous experience working on a large-scale residential developments projects in a similar role

Ability to work on own initiative

Self-motivated and hard worker

Strong team building skills

Analytical and decision-making skills
