Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all on-site activities to ensure successful project execution. Coordinate with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain effective communication and collaboration. Implement and enforce health and safety standards on the construction site. Monitor project progress, budget adherence, and quality control. Proactively identify and resolve any challenges or issues that may arise during the construction process. Manage and lead on-site personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Site Manager with established building contractors. Familiarity with timber frame projects is highly desirable. Strong leadership and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and construction best practices. Ability to manage project timelines effectively. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in successfully managing construction projects, preferably with a focus on timber frame construction. Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.Benefits:
