A leading Irish catering supply company, passionate about innovation, quality, and sustainability. We’re seeking a proactive and experienced Customer Engagement & Sales Support Executive to join their close knit, dynamic Customer Service team. This newly created role is key to strengthening their sales and customer service capabilities, supporting proactive customer outreach, promotional engagement, and ongoing account development. You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers while acting as a bridge between customers and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support Account Managers with valuable customer insights and feedback. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide tailored solutions. Support Account Managers with insights, promotions, and proactive customer contact. Develop and coordinate sales strategies to maximise conversions. Track KPIs, analyse results, and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service to optimise campaigns. Assist with order processing and inbound support as needed. Contribute ideas to improve customer outreach and engagement. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales and building and maintaining customer relationships, preferably within the FMCG B2B sector. Results-oriented mindset with a strong understanding of sales principles and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks/priorities simultaneously Ability to work collaboratively across departments (sales, marketing, customer service). Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite and web-based ordering platforms is advantageous. Prior experience in the food packaging industry is desirable, but not essential.
