Senior Product Manager (EdTech) 196195 Desired skills: Product Manager, EdTech, SaaS, Senior, Dublin Job Title: Senior Product Manager - EdTechLocation: Greater Dublin Area (Hybrid) Salary: 80-90K DOE About the Role Hiring on behalf of a client seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to own the vision and roadmap for next-generation digital learning platforms used by schools and educators across Ireland. You'll partner closely with Engineering, Design, and stakeholders to shape innovative EdTech solutions that make great learning easier for teachers and students.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and articulate the product vision and strategy in collaboration with Engineering and Design leads.Prioritise long-term strategic goals while delivering rapid value to customers through iterative releases.Identify opportunities by analysing user needs, curriculum trends, education technology advancements, and competitive landscapes.Break down complex problems into clear PRDs, user stories, and specifications.Engage directly with teachers, schools, and internal teams to validate ideas and build customer-centric features.Drive decisions with data insights, A/B testing, and user feedback.Define KPIs and mechanisms to measure product success and business impact.Present roadmaps and progress updates to senior leadership and external stakeholders.Requirements5-7+ years in Product Management, ideally with B2B/B2B2C SaaS or digital platforms.Proven track record shipping complex products in fast-paced environments.Strong technical aptitude with experience in modern web/mobile technologies and integrations.Exceptional ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.Mastery of written and verbal communication, including storytelling and presenting to executives.Comfortable making tough trade-offs balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.Experience in EdTech, publishing, or education-focused products (highly desirable).Familiarity with API integrations and working with distributed/remote teams (advantageous).What We OfferCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits.Structured professional development and career progression pathways.Hybrid working model for optimal work-life balance.Inclusive culture that celebrates diversity and individuality.Equal opportunities employer.
