A pivotal role, supporting the Head Chef, as the Sous Chef, you will be responsible for organising and running the service smoothly and managing the team. This busy restaurant/hotel is well established and has an excellent reputation for food and service with a strong core of repeat business from their clientele. In a fantastic location and the tourism hub of Killarney.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 2+ years Sous Chef experience essential for this role. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage a busy kitchen and team, work within a team and on their own Flexible to work 40 hours per week / mornings, lunches, and evenings / 5 days a week to include weekends

PACKAGE ON OFFER

Competitive Salary of between €45,000 – €55,000 per annum dependent on experience and qualifications Other benefits to be discussed at interview stage
