Our client is an architectural practice who has won numerous architecture awards and is well regarded in the industry. They have developed considerable expertise in a wide range of building types including residential, offices, office interiors and fit out, retail, education, healthcare and leisure & tourism for diverse range clients, public and private, national and local government, accommodation, industrial and technology sectors.

Your new role
This practice is looking to add an experienced Technologist to their expanding team. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:Proficient in the use of AutoCAD and BIMExperience working on largescale high density residential projects, commercial, industrial and public sector worksExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to use initiative and have excellent problem-solving abilitiesExcellent design and technical skillsStrong hand-sketching & drawing abilitiesAbility to produce computer generated plans/layouts/drawingsExcellent visualisation skillsProven drafting abilitiesMust have the ability and focus to follow a tight programReport to the Project Manager
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a degree in Architectural Technologist with 5 or more years' experience in the industry. During your experience, you will also ideally have worked on a variety of projects, particularly large scale and/or residential. Strong design and presentation skills. A good knowledge of the Building Regulations. Proficiency in Revit is essential for this role.
