This role blends deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Sales, and Power Platform) with strong functional expertise in business process optimisation.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design, configuration and customisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and CE modules.Translate business requirements into scalable, technical solutions.Integrate D365 with Power BI, Power Automate and third-party logistics systems (via Dataverse and Azure Logic Apps).Develop custom entities, plugins and workflows using C#, X++, and JavaScript.Conduct user workshops, gather functional requirements and create technical design documentation.Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers and external vendors.Support data migration, testing and post-go-live stabilisation activities.Requirements:5+ years' experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, CE, or AX).Proven experience in both functional (requirements gathering, process design) and technical (customization, integration) domains.Strong understanding of financial, supply chain and customer engagement processes.Proficiency in X++, Power Platform and Azure Integration Services.Experience with data migration (Data Management Framework, KingswaySoft, or SSIS).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.If this role is of interest, contact Andrew at Reperio Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
