Senior M&E Contracts Manager - M&E Contractor - DublinOffice/Project Location: DublinEmployment Type: PermanentWork Location: Office based / Site Based Pay: €105,000 - €125,000Experience: 10+ YearsVisa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa requiredOur client is a leading Irish M&E Contractor.Due to continued expansion they are hiring a Senior M&E Contracts Manager for a range of residential projects.You will have a great opportunity to work on projects such as Commercial, Pharmaceutical, Mission Critical and many more in the future.Responsible for the Management, Coordination & Execution of the full Project Scope of works or an identified scope of works or package of works on a Project, including the delivery of all such designated site activities, whilst meeting the project objectives set out for H&S, Design, Technical, Quality, Program and Commercial.RequirementsRelevant Third level Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/ Project Management qualified 10+ years post-qualification experienceProven experience as a Senior Project Manager running large projects particularly with refurbishment and fit-out projectsIt is also preferable that candidates have worked their way up through the ranks with a main building contractorExcellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skillsLead, manage and motivate their team members, driving a high-performance culture through developing people to their full potential.Develop, maintain and foster collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and all other project stakeholders.Package€105,000 - €125,000Full time permanent staff role with great career prospectsCompany Vehicle or Travel AllowanceRelocation Allowance (where applicable)Company LaptopCompany phone, PensionLife insuranceIncome Protection,Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
