Working alongside an experienced team, you will be offered plenty of training. This is a really rewarding role on a team where you can be assured of a warm welcome 

 

Your role as Housekeeping Supervisor will include:


  1. Supervision of the servicing of guest bedrooms, public areas and turndown service.
  2. You must demonstrate five star hygiene standards and work in a professional manner, whilst supervising the Housekeeping Team.
  3. Ensure employees adhere to cleaning checklists, as per hotel standards.
  4. Communicate effectively and efficiently with Management Team.
  5. Regularly check public areas/toilets to ensure standards are maintained.


Shift work & flexibility are required in this position.


The successful candidate will have strong guest focus, communication skills, great spoken and written English, multi-tasking ability and enjoy contributing in a positive way to The Merrion Culture. Flexibility in response to guest and business needs is required, no two days are the same
