We need multilingual professionals with strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and above all, empathy Main Responsibilities:Investigate & Resolve: Handle reported issues, from account support requests to potentially abusive content, via our ticketing system.Enforce Standards: Monitor and enforce our client’s Terms of Use, ensuring a safe and respectful community.Stay Informed: Become well-versed in our client’s products and community standards.Market Insights: Use your knowledge to find scalable solutions for our user community.Data Analysis: Gather and analyse relevant data to enhance the overall user experience.Trendspotting: Recognise trends and escalate issues beyond policy guidelines to our global team.Efficiency: Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.Skills & Competences:Resilience: Operate effectively in a fast-paced, pressured environment.Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on empathy.Adaptability: Positively approach challenges with flexibility.Decision-Making: Prioritise, solve problems, and work collaboratively.Time Management: Manage and prioritise tasks to consistently meet KPIs.Language Skills:Fluency in Hebrew with an understanding of regional culture and trends.Proficiency in English (B2-C2).Compensation:Competitive package.Fixed shifts: Day 9-5.30 OR Eve. 6-2amEvening shift: 25% salary uplift for late hours (10pm to 2am) (T&Cs)Evening shift: €12 per day (before tax) travel allowance.
