Cpl Healthcare is thrilled to partner with a leading disability support service to recruit full-time, permanent Social Care Workers in Grangebeg, Co. Kildare. If you’re passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives, this is the role for you Our client provides person-centred support to individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities, autism, and complex needs, empowering them to live fulfilling lives in community-based settings. With a presence across 12 residential communities and 4-day services nationwide, this organisation is known for its life-enhancing, innovative approach to care.
We’re looking for enthusiastic, experienced, and compassionate professionals who want to be part of something meaningful. You'll work alongside a dynamic and supportive team to promote independence and social inclusion for adults in your care.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum Level 7 QQI qualification in Social Care Studies (or equivalent in Health/Social Care)
At least 1 year’s experience supporting vulnerable adults or individuals with intellectual disabilities
Experience managing or responding to challenging behaviours
Strong understanding of adult safeguarding legislation and national social care policies
Full, clean manual driver’s licence and access to own car
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and IT skills (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, etc.)
Ability to contribute to and evolve personalised care plans
