Manager – Environmental & EPR Consultancy - Remote Work (Europe)Are you passionate about sustainability and the circular economy? This is a senior leadership position. You will provide strategic, managerial, and operational direction to a well-established team, helping shape the next phase of growth and excellence in client delivery.If you’re ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, we want to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesLeadership & ManagementLead and manage a global team, assigning responsibilities and supporting staff development.Foster a positive, collaborative, and creative team environment.Implement section-specific strategies and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.Ensure effective project resourcing and delivery ownership in collaboration with senior managers.Support mentorship and career development within the team.Strategic Planning & DevelopmentContribute to the strategic direction of the EPR consultancy offering.Identify opportunities for growth and implement improvements in services and delivery.Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve shared objectives.Plan for team capacity, staffing, and resource optimisation.Performance ManagementMonitor team and individual performance, and drive continuous improvement.Provide support to senior managers to ensure high-quality service delivery.Be accountable for the quality of all EPR programme outputs delivered by the section.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or 10+ years of related experience.Minimum 8 years of experience managing teams and complex EPR-related projects.Strong experience with third-party and vendor relationships.Willingness and ability to travel to support team operations and management.What’s on OfferA dynamic, versatile role within a respected and growing international organization.The opportunity to work alongside experienced, knowledgeable colleagues.Flexible work with the remote working available (Europe)An open, action-oriented culture focused on quality advice and commercial awareness.#LI-SD1
