Polish/ Multilingual Graduates – Generative Data Annotator Location: DublinSalary: €31, per annum Are you a multilingual graduate with some experience in a customer-facing role, looking to start a career working with AI?Our client, a globally known social media platform, is hiring for a new and exciting role — Generative Data Annotator.As an Annotator, you will play a key part in improving large language models by creating, assessing, and refining pairs of questions and answers. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working with data, language, and technology.Main Responsibilities:Annotate English and market-language data accurately and consistently, following predefined annotation guidelines.Evaluate the quality of existing data resources and machine learning outputs.Develop, implement, and maintain guidelines for consistent, high-quality classification and content organization.Conduct basic research as needed to ensure accurate annotations.Provide feedback to enhance the data annotation process and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.Identify and communicate patterns or insights from annotated data.Research new entity categories and best practices for organizing them.What We’re Looking For:Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret large datasets.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in the market language (minimum C1 level).High proficiency in English (minimum C1 level).Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.Interest in technology, data, and AI-driven innovation.If this sounds like your next step send over an email to or apply now I’d love to have a chat and see if this opportunity aligns with your career goals.
