The role

The practice group advise clients through every stage of the company life-cycle:

  • Investment sales and acquisitions
  • Development deals
  • Lease transactions and portfolio management
  • Real estate finance
  • Property aspects of corporate transactions

Requirements

  • Qualified candidates from 2 to 4yrs PQE
  • Ideally from a large or medium corporate law firm,
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Strong team and collaborative skills
  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
