We are looking for a driven professionals to join a leading social media company focused on expanding its network of independent agency partnerships across key European markets.In this hunter role, you will play a pivotal part in acquiring and onboarding high-value advertising agencies through strategic prospecting, tailored solutions, and strong relationship-building.If you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and enjoy working with data-backed insights to drive growth, this opportunity is made for you.What You’ll Do:Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with independent advertising agenciesConduct discovery sessions to deeply understand agency needs and craft customized advertising solutionsDevelop and execute acquisition strategies to increase market share and platform presenceBuild and maintain strong, lasting relationships with agency leaders and key decision-makersCreate compelling proposals leveraging industry insights, trends, and case studiesLead negotiations and close deals that fuel long-term growth and partnership successProvide valuable market feedback to continuously refine acquisition strategies and service offeringsStay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologiesWhat You Bring:1+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, digital advertising, or related fieldsFluent in German and English, both written and spokenProven track record of consistently exceeding revenue or acquisition targetsStrong knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem and independent agency landscapeExceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsProficiency with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Pitchbook, or similar platformsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentWhat We Offer:On-Target Earnings (OTE): €60, - €34, (Base) Clear career growth and progression opportunities within a fast-growing companyA diverse, friendly, and multicultural team that values positivity, high performance, and celebrationCentral office location in Dublin City Centre with excellent facilities and amenitiesHybrid work model for flexibilityFully paid training on all systems and tools1-year fixed-term contract with option for extensionInterested but want to learn more?I understand this role might seem complex at first glance.
