Role:

As a Senior Program Manager in Talent Solutions, you'll collaborate with senior leaders to streamline operations and manage key initiatives that support growth in the EMEA and LATAM regions.

This role involves overseeing strategic projects, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage strategic initiatives to drive growth in Talent Solutions.

Develop and implement processes to enhance cross-functional collaboration and prioritization.

Support the execution of regional strategic priorities.

Collaborate with senior leaders across various functions to ensure alignment and progress.

Analyze data to identify insights and inform decision-making.

Manage project timelines, track progress, and address challenges proactively.

Overseeing strategic initiatives and regional programs.

Aligning on priorities and investments.

Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and removing blockers.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in technology, sales, marketing, or management consulting.

5+ years of experience in program management or strategy & operations.

Proven track record in managing large, cross-functional programs.

Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets).

Strong communication skills, including experience with senior management.

Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Experience in global enterprise businesses.

Experience with change management.
