We look to hire an experienced Site Manager for large project in Dublin City Centre. As a Site Manager you will have 5+ years solid site experience within the construction and building industry, preferably for a Main Contractor. The successful candidate will have experience of working on high quality medium to large scale projects in various sectors and wealth of knowledge in Fit Out.Education & Skills Required for the role3rd level qualification or trade background with relevant experienceExcellent organisation & time management skillsProven track record of working to strict timescales, with strong attention to detailExcellent client facing skillsThorough knowledge of building practicesValid Safe pass and Manual Handling certification desirableRC frame & Fitouts experience requiredKey ResponsibilitiesResponsible to the Contracts Manager to perform all duties as agreedOversee operations on a day-to-day basis while monitoring and tracking progressEnsure Quality standards are always maintained.Co-ordinate and manage subcontractors and other labour workersEnsure all materials, supplies, tools and equipment are procured in a time efficient mannerAttending daily briefingsFront-line management of all industrial relations mattersEnsuring compliance and completion of all company procedures and all contractual commitments are achievedWorkplace Health and Safety Management and implementation (Safety Manuals)Remuneration & Benefits:Excellent and very competitive packageCompany car or car allowancePensionBonus
