 As part of your role, you will:

Empower Service Users to live independent lives in their home and the community. Support the development and delivery of the person-centred plan Develop community partnerships to foster active citizenship in line with service user goals and wishes. Transport service users to access the community. Be responsible for Key Worker duties i.e. weekly administration, advocacy, liaising with families and develop and implement person-centred plans.

The perfect candidate will:

Hold a relevant QQI relevant qualification - minimum Level 5 Be over the age of 18 Have a full clean driving licence with access to own vehicle for work purposes. Have an excellent command of spoken and written English Have previous experience working with individuals with disabilities or in relevant sector
