The firm offers a range of corporate finance advisory services including mergers and acquisitions, valuations and fundraising and caters to a wide range of sectors both in the Irish and international markets.

Responsibilities of this Corporate Finance Associate Job:
  • Preparing and assisting with Business Plans / Funding proposals / Company valuations for both current and potential clients
  • Financial modelling and scenario analysis
  • Advising on Strategic M&A on both buy and sell side
  • Financial analysis related to transactions
  • Getting exposure to deal negotiations
Requirements of this Corporate Finance Associate Job: 
  • Be a recently qualified accountant 
  • Have a strong academic background
  • Have some experience in or exposure to Corporate Finance transactions
  • Be comfortable developing and enhancing financial models and undertaking financial analysis
  • Have excellent analytical, project management, and research skills with a strong commercial acumen
