This role involves influencing technical strategy, ensuring engineering excellence, and driving complex projects through to successful release in a collaborative, agile environment.Responsibilities:Take ownership of solution design and contribute to key technical decisions.Guide and support engineers to raise delivery standards.Ensure high-quality, scalable, and well-structured code.Partner with product and delivery teams to achieve project goals.Promote modern engineering practices and team-wide improvements.Required Experience:Strong command of .NET ecosystem (including modern frameworks).Experience creating web-based solutions using frameworks such as or equivalent server-side stacks.Proficiency in relational databases, particularly SQL-based platformsConfident using Git for collaborative development and working with automated build and deployment pipelines.Solid grounding in architectural principles, SOLID concepts, and structured design patterns.Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (., xUnit or NUnit)Exposure to major cloud providers (Azure or AWS), with familiarity in deploying and managing scalable services.Applicants must be eligible to work full-time in Ireland without restriction.Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
