We are currently seeking to recruit an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with a CSA background for one of Irelands leading construction and engineering companies on a high tech construction project in Kildare.

Responsibilities

Preparing tenders, analysing, selecting appropriate s/cs, negotiation & finalise s/c orders, financial & commercial management of s/cs to Final Account completion.Managing and reporting of forecasts, target, reconciliations, site records, document control, variation reporting, valuations, assisting in the site records & document controlLiaise with & commercially influence/challenge site management team whilst maintaining & protecting JSS commercial & contractual entitlementManage & oversee AQS & TQS, checking & taking responsibility for their work & sign-off SMM/measurement issues

Requirements

Experience as a CSA Quantity Surveyor in build projectsExperience working on large Pharmaceutical projects or semi conductorA relevant 3rd level qualificationExperience in report writing, forecast planning and engaging with clients and senior leadersExcellent written and verbal communication skills Tags:
