The successful candidate will have extensive sector experience along with a forward-thinking approach to drive the long-term development of our client's business.Key Responsibilities:Engage with stakeholders to capture business needs and translate them into clear, testable requirements.Design Salesforce solutions, including configuration guides and data models.Use Flows, validation rules and Lightning tools to optimise legacy automation.Enable users with tailored training and ongoing assistance to drive successful adoption and performance improvements.Identify and mitigate delivery and adoption risks.Requirements:3rd Level education in related disciplines and relevant Salesforce Certifications.3 years of applicable experience in a similar role.Demonstrable teamwork, leadership, stakeholder and communication skills.Robust exposure to modern CRM practices.Ireland based.If this role is of interest, contact Andrew at Reperio Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
