Business Analyst - SAP & Supply Chain 188444 Desired skills: SAP S/4HANA, Business Analysis, Supply Chain, ERP SAP Supply Chain Business Analyst Location: Galway (Hybrid - 2 days onsite, 3 remote) Type: Permanent Salary: €70,000 - €80,000 base + benefitsThe Role An opportunity to join a global pharmaceutical leader during a major digital transformation. As the SAP Supply Chain Business Analyst, you'll act as the critical link between Supply Chain operations and IT - driving ERP delivery, process optimisation, and data governance across procurement, logistics, and planning.Key FocusPartner with business teams to define, document, and deliver SAP S/4HANA solutions that enhance supply chain performanceLead process analysis and improvement across ERP, data migration, and integration streamsSupport data cleansing, validation, and governance initiatives pre- and post-migrationAct as key liaison between internal stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partnersManage smaller projects independently, supporting design, testing, and adoption of new tools and processesChampion continuous improvement and scalable digital practices across the businessRequirements3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar supply chain systems roleSAP S/4HANA (or equivalent ERP) implementation experience essentialStrong knowledge of supply chain processes - procurement, planning, inventory, logisticsConfident working across both business and technical domainsExcellent stakeholder management and documentation skillsDegree in Supply Chain, IT, or related disciplineExperience in pharma/life sciences and knowledge of GxP or validation frameworks desirableBenefits€70,000 - €80,000 base + bonusHybrid workingInvolvement in a high-impact SAP transformationCareer development in a global pharma environmentReperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
