Excellent opportunity for a HR Generalist to work in our clients manufacturing facility in Tullamore. The successful candidate will be a proactive member of the HR team with responsibility for the implementation and delivery of HR policies and procedures which includes recruitment, talent development, diversity and inclusion, benefits, and general HR activities.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 2-4 years in training and HR role in a manufacturing unionised environment with excellent knowledge of training, HR plant processes, systems, and personnel.HR Qualification/CIPD Qualified.Excellent IT skills – Microsoft Suite, Workday, Core is advantageous.Experience working with multiple stakeholders and senior leadership teams with ability to influence change.Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience leading HR initiatives and review or processes.Commitment to work within ethos of Medical Devices and Supplies Guide to Compliance and Quality Manufacturing and the company business conduct guidelines.KSGalway
